Smart Hood Automatic: Automatically adjusts the hood’s power according to the hob settings for comfortable cooking.

The Smart Hood Automatic function detects when you start cooking on the hob and automatically activates the hood. It adjusts the extraction power according to the hob’s setting and temperature. It works with all compatible Bosch induction hobs that have an E.-Nr. with the letter “H” in the 7th position: “P_____H__(_)”. The E.-Nr. can be found on the hob. For other Home Connect* hobs, the hood can be activated via the hob (Control the hood via the hob). Both the hob and the hood must be connected to the same account in the Home Connect app.

The DirectSelect control provides easy access to power, lighting, and additional functions with a simple touch, just like on a Bosch hob. Forget about complicated settings—now everything is simple, fast, and completely precise.

Enjoy fresh air while cooking, even in recirculation mode. The advanced dual filter system effectively removes grease and odors. The metal filter captures visible grease, while the activated carbon filter handles finer grease particles and odors. The Bosch Long-life Clean Air filter (accessory no. DWZ1FB1B6) eliminates grease and odors, even strong ones such as fried fish. It can be renewed up to three times, lasting up to four years, helping you save money while keeping your kitchen free from unwanted smells.

The “Cooking Options” function allows you to adjust the hood exactly to your cooking habits.
