This wine cabinet can be programmed between 5-12°C in the upper section which holds 63 bottles and 12-20°C in the lower section which holds 89 bottles. This allow the whole unit to be kept at 12°C (the universal temperature for ageing wines) or allows the use of the wine cabinet for service of reds and whites of all varieties. The charcoal filter and humidity management allow the safe long term ageing of the wines.

With the latest La Sommeliere technology your wine collection is safe from UV light due to the external casing and UV protected glass door. The humidity is kept at an ideal 55-75% thanks to humidity control. The anti-vibration technology ensures sediments are not disturbed and the temperature control, alarmed for fluctuations, ensures your wine collection is neither too hot nor too cold.

This wine cabinet benefits from a winter function, which means that even if there are reductions in ambient temperature with the seasons or with night and day your wines are kept at the same temperature.
